We implement an improved service standard for McDonald’s Franchisees, by incorporating common remedial rectification works within the charge of an Interim and Annual Electrical Inspection. Their requirements are very specific and any checks need to ensure that they meet their own high standards in addition to any legally imposed minimum standard.

How we protect them
Moto Hospitality operates 58 locations across the UK’s motorway network. Within these motorway service stations, in addition to the main buildings and forecourts, there are various premium brand retail and food outlets some of the on-site brands are: Costa-coffee, Burger King, WHSmith and M&S.
Veriserv delivers a comprehensive service of appliance and electrical fixed wire inspections, which includes any remedial work. The logistics, as well as the complexity of dealing with tenants and the high codes of practice amongst major brands, makes this a challenging contract.
